Redina Adams is the author of A Prison Wife: Doing Time My Story, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist currently working toward full licensure, a Life Coach, and an Evangelist. She is deeply committed to helping individuals and families heal, grow, and rebuild their lives through faith, resilience, and intentional personal development.
With both professional training and lived experience, Redina brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and faith-centered approach to her work. She specializes in guiding individuals through life’s most challenging seasons—offering support rooted in restoration, identity, and emotional healing. Her work bridges therapeutic insight with spiritual wisdom, creating a safe and empowering space for transformation.
Redina is married to the love of her life, whom she proudly describes as her “Knight in Shining Armour,” Darris Adams. One of her greatest accomplishments is raising her three great-nephews—Kumari, Jamarae, and Tarae—into strong, purpose-driven young men. She views motherhood, mentorship, and legacy-building as sacred callings and foundational to her life’s work.
Outside of her professional and ministry commitments, Redina finds joy in reading and nurturing her home environment. She is also a devoted pet owner to four dogs—Miley, Indigo, Batman, and Dora—and four cats—Orea, Abba, Milo, and Yum Yum—who bring warmth and companionship into her daily life.
